Custom Sintered Specialties, Inc. manufactures ceramic components for electrical and thermal insulating applications.  These components are made to customer specification or print, of materials such as alumina, steatite, porcelain, or  cordierite. Other materials are available, with or without glaze.
    Our capabilities are extensive, and include firing in air or atmosphere of industrial gas to 1600 degrees Centigrade. Metallization of ceramic, and brazing to a metal component to form an assembly are among the services we perform.
