Our philosophy
Our philosophy is that addiction and mental health are
bio-psycho social illnesses that can be placed in remission
if one seeks help (professional counseling and treatment).
We also believe in the drug-free philosophy, which is based
on total abstinence, honesty, commitment and responsibility
General Information
Nelson Behavioral Center is a private, profit agency created
to help improve the human conditions of those who are
addicted and their families
Services are available on inter and intra state basis and
through service contracts.
Funding is made possible through fee for services,
contracts with various agencies, medical assistance,
most insurances, and self pay.
Education Information
Nelson Behavioral Center does upon request
a variety of community and small group presentations.
Workshops and consultations are also available.
