Below are room photos and rates for our busy season (May 1 through
October 31), and quiet season (November 1 through April 30). We have negotiated rates for business and government travelers, and for groups. There is a
two-night minimum on holiday and special event weekends. 10% off visits for 4
nights or more.

All rooms have private baths, shower units, and
both the main house and carriage house has wireless internet
service.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 7 day advance notice for refunds, less a 5% surcharge. For cancellations within last 7 days,
we will provide a gift certificate for the full value of your deposit.

The Carriage House - Country Garden Suite
A family-oriented, condo-style unit in our 1865 carriage
house, with 2 bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and living room, and
one bathroom. Sleeps up to 7 with one queen bed, one double bed,
a sofa bed (for 2) and a twin
rollaway in the living room. Great for families with children, or guests who need a
short term furnished rental unit. Does not include
breakfast. Satellite TV and DVD
player.
