Call for Projects:
Project Intake Form
The North Central Pennsylvania Regional Planning and Development Commission is committed to assisting stakeholders across the six-county region with identifying and securing federal and state resources that strengthen the communities of north central Pennsylvania.
Project Intake Forms help our staff at North Central to learn about upcoming projects that are important to our region’s communities. Projects must serve businesses, communities, and/or residents of one or more of the region’s six counties: Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter.
Completing North Central’s online Project Intake Form is the first step for local officials to pursue project funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) and other federal, state, and partners such as EDA, USDA, DCNR, and PennDot. Not all projects will be selected or will receive funding, but we will work with you to best cultivate your project, match with a funding source, and ultimately submit a funding application.
