Welcome to North Central Greenways — a regional initiative dedicated to expanding and enhancing greenways, trails, and active transportation networks across Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean, and Potter counties. Through the Greenways Mini-Grant Program, North Central, in partnership with the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), provides funding to eligible entities to support projects that strengthen our greenway network.
