Microloan Supports New Local Business: Mike Curtorillo, North Central Loan Director, recently closed a microloan with Joe Dippold of Elk County Cold Storage LLC to support the purchase of equipment for his newly formed business. The company will provide mobile refrigerated trailer rentals to restaurants, farmers, caterers, event planners, and food producers across north central Pennsylvania.
