A lot of us care about North Central Pennsylvania, but it can be hard to feel heard or hopeful about what’s next. The Next Generation Collaborative is here to change that. We’re giving young people — our region’s future — a platform to share ideas, speak honestly, and help shape a North Central PA that feels full of opportunity.
Pennsylvania’s population is barely growing, and many young people are moving away from rural areas. By 2030, our region will have far more people over 65 than under 20 — a change that threatens the vitality of our communities.
